I received this bracelet and was very happy until I saw that I stone is missing. Sent an e-mail multiple times, no answer on phone. No response so far. IA customer care is useless.
A brand new one is going out today, I'd love to see an updated response that the issue was fixed as soon as you receive the new bracelet. The issue has been taken care of, and sometimes we aren't working on the weekends so cannot answer the emails. Thank you and the new one is being sent today.

This bracelet is very pretty but it is much thinner than expected. I’m concerned about the very thin chain breaking easily.
